10 egg hunts and events for Easter Weekend

Breakfast With the Easter Bunny: Johnston Senior Center, 1291 Hartford Ave., Johnston. 272-3460, johnstonrec.com. Breakfast, photos with the Easter Bunny (bring a camera). Each child receives chocolate and a gift. Sat 9:30-11:30 a.m. Free.

Bunny Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt: Westerly United Methodist Church, 55 Woodland St., Lincoln. Sat. Breakfast 7:30-10 p.m. $4 per adult, $3 per child, family maximum $15. Egg hunt is free. Rain or shine.

Casey Farm Easter Egg Hunt: 2325 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown. 295-1030, historicnewengland.org. Explore the farm, visit the chicks, play farm games, make an Easter craft, hunt for plastic eggs and have some light refreshments. Each family receives a coupon for a half-dozen Casey Farm eggs redeemable at the Coastal Grower’ Market. Sat 10:30-11:30 a.m. $10. Rain or shine. Registration required for children participating in the egg hunt.

Magician at noon at soccer concession stand, egg hunt at 1 p.m. Three ages groups; 5 and younger, 6 and 7 and 8 to 10. Magic show moved into Wickford Middle School at noon if it rains. Rain date for egg hunt is Sun 1 p.m.

Spring Fling and Egg Hunt (4th annual): Mount Hope Farmers’ Market, Mount Hope Farm, 250 Metacom Ave., Bristol. 254-1745; mounthopefarm.org. Sat. Egg and scavenger hunt with the Easter Bunny as master of ceremonies, 11 a.m. Children ages up to 6 and 7-11 will each have their own designated hunting ground. Plenty of eggs hidden around the barnyard redeemable for sweets at the 4H table, plus some of the eggs will contain clues; solve the clue by finding the right market vendor table and receive an extra treat. Easter items available from many vendors; light lunch and snacks sold. Visitors welcome to wander the farm’s walking trails and/or visit the barnyard. 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Free.
