Linden Place Mansion, 500 Hope St., Bristol, will host a Fireside Bourbon Dinner on Thursday, March 23, at 6 p.m. The evening begins with appetizers in Linden Place’s historic carriage house followed by a five course dinner prepared by East Bay chefs Nikki Holden (Roberto’s Restaurant), Chris Kleyla and Catie Zamow (Statesman Tavern) and Richard Allaire (Metacom Kitchen). Each course will be paired with a different bourbon craft cocktail.
Bourbons will include Jefferson’s Reserve, Eagle Rare, Colonel EH Taylor, Small Batch 1792 and Hudson Whiskey. A cash bar with wine and beer will also be available. Tickets are $80 and can be purchased by visiting lindenplace.org or by calling (401) 253-0390. Proceeds will benefit the restoration of the Linden Place Mansion.
